Max limit error message can't be translated to Japanese

SA-2394

Summary

Error message shows up when you create too many New work items.
Each time, you should not finish the work item, but instead just leave it open in the clipboard.
Thethe recently-used list has been restricted to 7 items, so an error is displayed after just 5 or 6 new work objects.
By default, it may take more objects in another system (maybe 15).

The error message says:
You have reached the maximum limit for pending changes. Please commit/cancel one or more changes to continue.

This error message needs to be translated to Japanese.

Error Messages

You have reached the maximum limit for pending changes. Please commit/cancel one or more changes to continue.

Steps to Reproduce

Create many (maybe more than 15) work items and keep all of them on clipboard.

Root Cause

It looks like the above error message comes from Function pzIncludeSectionBody which is Final+Internal. It contains the code:

Assembler.emitASraw(“tools.getLocalizedTextForString(\”.pyMessageLabel\”,\”You have reached the maximum limit for pending changes. Please commit/cancel one or more changes to continue.\”)”);

Unfortunately, that string exceeds the maximum limit for Field Values,
so you cannot create a Japanese versions & the string cannot be translated.
