Maximize button disabled in IE for Open URL in Window

Summary
In the Internet Explorer 11 browser, the Maximize window button is disabled in the Modal window.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a button.
- Configure an OnClick event with the Open URL in Window action.
- Use an Alternate Domain and enter the alternate URL.
Root Cause
In the Actions tab of the button, the Resizable option was not selected.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to resize the Modal window:
Select the Resizable option in the Actions tab of the button.
