Maximum tabs limited to 8 in PRPC 5.5

You are using composite portals. Users can only have at most 8 tabs open at once. Unable to open 9th tab.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Try to open a 9th tab in a composite portal.
Root Cause
The limit of 8 tabs is a hard limit in PRPC 5.5 and cannot be changed. This is working as expected.
Resolution
Support for more than 8 open tabs was added in PRPC 6.2.
