Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
RC 4812 does have repr code 2008 but there is an associated decision condition with it ( as is with all other repr codes) . This decision condition is returning false since the ucaf indicator value is 0 instead of 2. hence the representment option of 2008 is not available.
Resolution
Hotfix Item HFix-20734 resolves the issue.
