"Members" is not getting localized in list of teams

Summary
Localization is not working properly when locale is changed to German.
Text is appended to Operator count for example, six members is outcome of the property: Under the operator profile on the right hand bottom corner one can see the list of teams.
In the list of teams the number of members in the team is not getting localized.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Localize your application to German.
2. Launch the Case Manager Portal.
3. Go to the operator profile (Profile in German) and in the right hand bottom corner one can see the teams list.
This list has the number of team members in the format "X Members". The word "Members" is not getting localized.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules :
The text "Members" is appended in a hard-coded way to the .pzOperatorsCount property in #3rd step of the activity pzGetTeamsByOperator leading to be a non localize-able text.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27267.
