Menu on PDC does not display

Summary



Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC)  menu does not display on clicking 'Diagnostic Cloud'.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to PDC.
  2. Click Diagnostic Cloud.


Root Cause



User did not have Manager privileges in PDC.


Resolution



Pega PDC administrator must define the operator role as Manager.
