Messages (Alerts) Not Localizable in Attach Dialogues [iOS]

Summary
Messages generated by the Attach File Mechanism are not localizable. (iOS, using Safari mobile browser, not a custom Mobile Application, and so on)

Steps to Reproduce
Use a localized mobile device. Some messages are still generated in English.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
pzpega_control_attachcontent.js control contains non-localizable text.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29174.
