Messages and Alerts section displays with special characters

Summary



In the user's dashboard, the 'Messages  and Alerts' section displays incorrectly with special characters and the charts do not display.

Steps to Reproduce



Open the application.


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The Internet Explorer Enterprise mode was enabled.



Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Change the Group Security policy.
  2. Disable the access to the Internet Explorer Enterprise mode.
