Misaligned appointments in Calendar control

Summary
Appointments in the Calendar control are aligned incorrectly due to HFix-43023.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Case Manager portal.
- Navigate to Calendar from the left pane menu.
- View the Daily mode of any day with appointments. The appointments are misaligned.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The grid was misaligned due to an empty DIV that was removed from the event DIV in the earlier hotfix.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43680.
