Missing load description data in some PEGA0069 alerts

Summary
The PEGA0069 page load alert message is supposed to contain description details to 'root cause' of a page load in the application.
Under 10% of the messages contain 'No details'. A client rendering alert should always report the user action.
Sample of a good alert: ClientPageLoad has exceeded the elapsed time alert threshold of 4000 ms: load duration 15484 ms, server duration 3870 ms, server interactions 6, load description action:display|harnessName:pyCMReportBrowser|className:Data-Portal.
Sample of a bad alert: ClientPageLoad has exceeded the elapsed time alert threshold of 4000 ms: load duration 4023 ms, server duration 508 ms, server interactions 11, load description No Details.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
A Bug has been entered for this to be fixed in a future Pega release.
