Summary

As part of Schemes 15.1 release , developers have updates to "ValidatePreCBQs" activity that is used in the Answer Ancillary Questions flow action. They are getting " **The Flow Action post-processing activity ValidatePreCBQs failed: Failed to find instance PegaCard-Sd-Dispute-Visa-.VaildateATRInd of type Rule-Obj-Validate. . " error while processing RC 53-1 / 53-2 / 53-4.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Visa Disputes
Processes it with RC53-1
When you open the Answer Ancillary Questions, you will get this Error.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 

To the Ancillary question “Did the Cardholder attempt to resolve with the Merchant or Merchant’s liquidator?” to be made a mandatory question.i.e.Property ‘ATRInd’ To display the Validation message “Value cannot be blank.”
