Missing Wrap-Up in interaction



Missing Wrap-up button when User is trying to close the interaction and opening the same interaction again.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open an interaction.
2. Click on Wrap-up and close the interaction without performing any action on the interaction.
3.Try opening the same interaction, Wrap-up would be missing.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules

Wrapup logic is changed in Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.x and user was still referring CPM 6.x section CPMSelectArea rule. 


Perform the following local-change:

Update the
CPMTabNavigation rule to refer the section CPMInteractionDriverPanel instead of CPMSelectArea.
