Mobile offline app packaging - ORA-01795: maximum number of expr

Summary
User has a mobile application and when the offline synchronization occurs, the packaging fails - the logs are showing ORA-01795.

Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pzPackageLocalization activity is generating a list of records to be handled (RecordFieldValuesList ). This process had been optimized in Pega 7.2.2 with HFix-33933 - when the process was contained in a now-withdrawn activity.
Resolution
Apply HFix-36024.
