Mobile: User values not saved on a repeating dynamic layout

Summary
Values in a repeating dynamic layout (RDL) are not saved after moving to the next screen in a screen flow from a mobile device. This behavior functions correctly from a normal desktop browser.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with RDL.
2. Include a section inside the RDL with one of the fields from the Page List class.
3. Include the section as one of the flow actions in the screen flow.
4. Configure a data transform which adds a few rows when the screen loads.
5. Run the flow and enter values in these rows.
6. Click Next. This has a section showing the same fields. Observe that they are empty.
Root Cause
The RDL with section takes last element alone into consideration because the item ID for all sections is same.
Resolution
HFix-22105 resolves this issue.
