Modal dialog cancel or submit buttons not visible in iTab

Summary
User is unable to see Submit and Cancel buttons in the modal dialog in iTab only in portrait mode.

Steps to Reproduce
1.On click of button configure Launch Local action in Modal Dialog.
2.Run case and click on button.
3.Observe in portrait mode Submit or Cancel modal buttons are not visible in iTab portrait mode.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error :
In skin, user has added css to max-height:80% for ModalWrapper style class, due to which issue was coming.
Resolution
Add the following local-change in userworkform which resolves issue:

div#modalWrapper.modal-wrapper{
max-height:none !important;
}
</style>
