Root Cause

Developers has overridden pyModalCancelAction activity which will be invoked as part of  SubmitModalFlowAction activity.
As part of the customized activity developers have put in a Page-Remove step, which is removing the page that is referenced as local.interestpage in the SubmitModalFlowAction. Whenever any step of  SubmitModalFlowAction is trying to act on interestPage, which is removed, the stated exception is observed.

Explained the root-cause and suggested to make the changes as required.
