Modal dialog content expanding the whole screen width in IE

Summary
The modal dialog expands on selection of one of the rows from the grid layout within , and some times expands and then shrinks back to original size.
Observed only in Internet Explorer browser, with Chrome browser it is working as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure a model window with repeat grid in dynamic layout .
2. Set the dynamic layout mode flexbox.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The user configuration is having the grid inside modal dialog template which is a freeform layout (using table based structure).
Flexbox has partial support in Internet Explorer 11.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the layout to inline-block form flexbox for dynamic layout, to resolve the issue.
