Modal dialog with local action not working for grid items

Summary
User has configured launch local action as modal dialog for link control onclick event in grid, however it is not opening modal dialog at runtime as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid with source as pagelist.
- Configure link control for one of the column, also configure launch local action for onclick event for it.
Root Cause
A software use or user configuration error.
User has configured the work bound grid, that is, embed the work- class to grid.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Replace the Launch local action with List Open local action, then modal dialog is opens as expected with 'Disable work processing' selected.
