Modal window is not opening in Chrome, Firefox etc

Summary
After migration from PEGA PRRC 6.1 to 6.3, modal window is not opening in Chrome, Firefox etc. Contact details can not be added. Functional in Internet explorer in both 6.1 and 6.3 but not in Firefox and chrome. End users were unable to add any contact details.
Error Messages
None.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to PEGA
2. Click on Submit a Card Design Request
3. Choose the company
4. Choose new request and proceed further
5. Enter the BIN details and click on next
6. When we click on the modify button and try to add a new contact, then the modal window is not working.
Root Cause
"undefined" errors were getting logged from pega_ui_dynamicselect. User were using cascading dynamic select in the modal dialog. There were some null that were missing in the dynamic select js file at customer end.
Resolution
Known Issue. Shipped existing hot fix HFix-9506 which resolved the issue customer was facing.
This issue is resolved by hotfix item : Shipped HFix-8208 which should address the issue.
Please note: HFix-8208 has four hybrid hofixes as dependenices.
We have to install HFix-7613, HFix-8171, HFix-8469, HFIX-8390 before installing actual hot fix HFix-8208.
