Modified time does not reflect on the UI

Summary
In the pxDateTime control, clicking the Calendar and loading it does not reflect the modified time on the UI. The time displays only after reclicking the selected Date value.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application with user credentials.
- Navigate to the Product Concept.
- Select the calendar for the Baseline DateTime field.
- Select a DateTime value. Verify the selected value.
- Reload the calendar.
- Change only the time value. Verify if the value is modified.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
As a local-change, select the date after chaning the time.
