Summary

AES 7.1 was set up on Pega 7.1.7. This system monitors a Pega 7.1.5 node. The messages for the monitored node do not show in the AES 7.1 portal.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect or misconfiguration in the operating environment. The prlogging.xml file was correctly setup, however, it was not picked up by the Pega engine because it was in the wrong path.

Resolution

Make the following change to the operating environment:
Ensure that the prlogging.xml file is in a path read by the Pega engine.
