MS Outlook Integration plugin fails with load balanced URL

Summary
The Microsoft Outlook integration fails and generates a validation error, when using a load balanced URL in Pega 7.2.1 with Pega Sales Automation 7.22.
Error Messages
Outlook Plugin: Login Unsuccessful. Please check User Name, Password /Check with System Administrator
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup Microsoft Outlook integration
- Connect to Pega server with custom load balanced SSL URL (For example, https://<<servername>>/samcrm)
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Contact Pega Global Customer Support to obtain the updated Microsoft Outlook plugin installer.
