MS Visio 2010 not working with PRPC

SA-4198

Summary

We recently upgraded our desktops to Windows 7 OS and had to install MS Visio 2010, as the existing MS Visio 2003 ran out of support. We have noticed that the PRPC applications are not able to recognize Visio, and displaying various errors which signify that it recognizes the MS Visio version to be older or unknown. The Present PRPC versions are 5.4 SP3, 5.5 SP0, 5.5 SP1 and we see issue will all of these versions. Need assistance to research if it is a known compatibility issue or an issue with MS Visio installation. All our development needing design/flow changes has stalled due to this issue.
