Multi-select does not display values when using report's prefix

Summary
Multi-select control does not display values when using a report definition with Join condition.
Error Messages
When testing on the UI the below message displays:
No results found.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Open a section
- Add a multi-select control.
- Configure the report definition as its source such that it is joined to another class while selecting a column which is a prefix.property.
- On the multi-select control, set a data source property in the Search results configuration for the column selected in Step 3.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Update to Pega Platform 8.2.3.
