Multiple case does not open from Repeating grid

Summary
Multiple case doesnot open from repeat grid on popup window.
Error Messages
This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction
Steps to Reproduce
- Populate cases on Repeat Grid
- Configure on Click action as Harness to open workItem on popup. Case opens as expected.
- Click on any other case to open.System throws above error.
Root Cause
On open of work Item on harness a activity was internally called where commit was performed.
Commit changes the transaction ID internally and the same ID is not propagated to parent HTML that contains repeat grid.
Resolution
Remove commit from activity as Pega automatically commits transaction on finish assignments.
