There are multiple data issues in HCIF 7.13.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch HCIF admin portal and observe the below points.

1. No full name for Thomas brown in members table.
2. There is no authorization data for Oliver brown (first filtered with brown).
3. ClaimCategorystatusCode is description instead of code for Thomas brown.
4. For Eugine miller NPI has special character (in HCIF layer).
5. There is no details for associated NPI number (1730179359); there is some change in the database too. 

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. Some data instances were missing in HCIF 7.13 media.

Resolution

This issue is resolved by HFix-23256.
