Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the Pega Publisher portal.
  2. Work with a document or publish it.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.

The access group of the operator did not have the work pool to execute the pyGetAllFollowedCases report definition which was invoked in the pyRecentFollowedCases section.

Perform the following local-change such that the report definition is executed in the work pool instead of in the empty('') context:

Add a Work Pool class in the Operator's access group in the Advanced tab.
