Multiple layers of parallelism

Developer has an activity that is spawning off parallel children using the queueBatchActivity method and passing a ClipboardPage.  When trying to spawn an additional set of child activities from one of those initial children, the subsequent queueBatchActivity call does not execute.

The queueBatchActivity does not let you spawn child requestors from child requestors because there is a special relationship between parent and child in terms of passing data back and forth that does not currently allow for passthrough of that data in a nested way.  If data does not need to be passed then the Developer can use the version of the queueBatchActivity method that does not pass the Clipboard data.

Product enhancement request item FDBK-9470 has been submitted to allow child requestors to spawn child requestors using the queueBatchActivity method.
