Perform the following local-change:
  1. Pass the correct parameter values from activity to data_page such that only one record is fetched
  2. Mark the Parameter page which is passed from activity to data page and from the data page to report definition as mandatory fields
  3. Click Edit Filters while forming a query in the report definition
  4. Click For all columns
  5. Click the gear icon
  6. Select the Use null if empty option. This forms a query with a Where clause when the parameter values are empty
