When you log in to the application from a virtual machine, you are prompted to install ActiveX controls.

Steps to Reproduce
Access a Pega application that uses ActiveX controls through a virtual machine.
Root Cause
Each individual virtual machine must have the ActiveX controls installed.
Resolution
The virtual environment must be configured to allow users to install the necessary ActiveX controls, or these should be installed by administrators of the virtual environment.
