Multiple Report Filter sections appear when using pagination

Summary
When pagination is used in the report viewer and a user navigates to the second page of the report, a duplicate "Edit Filter" section appears.
Error Messages
There is no error message.
Steps to Reproduce
Open Pega OOO Report Definition, “pyEnteredbyMe”.
Actions -> Run. You will get the following report. There is a Filters section on the top of the screen.
Click on the Filter link. The following screen is shown. Click on the ‘Next’ button of the table to go to the next page.
Two “EDIT FILTER” same small boxes with ‘Apply Changes’ and ‘Cancel’ buttons are displayed on the top. This is the issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
Fixed in PRPC 7.1.7.
