Multiple reports throwing ORA-29541

Summary
Code was deployed from UAT to Prodcution, after deployment 3 reports are throwing the below exception in Production.
** ** There was a problem getting a list: code: 29541 SQLState: 99999 Message: ORA-29541: class schema.com/pega/pegarules/data/udf/directstreamreader/DirectStreamReader could not be resolved.
The UDF functions are not working properly in production.

Root Cause
The root cause is not entirely known.
Resolution
Run the scripts found on the media in this location <mediaroot>\schema\oracledate\install\udfstatements to create or replace the udf function definitions.
