Multiple scroll bars appear when clicking on a tab

In a Case Manager portal, when user is switching between the tabs, multiple scroll bars appear.

User Observation: The issue seems to happen when user selects "Freeze column panel" in Presentation layer of Repeating Grid layout.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a section, which have a Repeating Grid layout in one of Tab Group.
2. Set properties for Repeating Grid.
3. Go to Presentation and choose "Width of content " to be "Pixels (Fixed)" and check "Fixed (pixel) size grid". Then select "Freeze column panel" and Save.
4. Go back and run the application, when user clicks on the tab and select other tab (go and back), then observe scroll bars to keep adding additional scroll bar.

Root Cause

Grids will display with horizontal and vertical scroll bars if there is not enough space for the content on the screen. The height and width of the grid needs to be restricted to get the desired look.

Perform the following local-change step to resolve the issue:

The fixed size checkbox should be checked and height and width should be specified on the innermost grid property panel to restrict the size.

The Column Pane option can be selected to freeze the leftmost column in place on horizontal scroll.
