Multiple scroll bars shown on the screen

Summary
There are two vertical scroll bars shown on the screen. Sometimes the horizontal as well.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with some fields on it.
2. Add a repeating grid to the same section which should be wider than the screen width.
3. Include the section in a harness.
4. The repeating grid should be shown after entering some criteria and hitting on a button on the screen (in the screen shot the Search button).
5. The results in the repeating grid should exceed the height of the window.
6. At this stage the multiple scroll bars are shown as in the screen shot.
Root Cause
grid is not triggering reflow which was causing the issue
Resolution
HFIX-10281 resovled the issue.
