User is getting a Validation Error Message on Record Arbitration Ruling Screen with Pega Disputes and Payment Exceptions for Issuers 7.21.
Error Messages
Multipronged errorarb:Total amount should be equal to outstanding amount.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Dispute Case and process it till Record Arbitration Ruling screen.
2. Select Is the association ruling as Yes, Association ruling in favor of Acquirer and action as multi-pronged.
3. Observe the error "Multipronged errorarb:Total amount should be equal to outstanding amount."
Root Cause
Validation Error on Record Arbitration Rule.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34276.
