MultiSelect dropdown control allows the input of free form text. However, error does not display after inputting the text and exiting out of the control.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a MultiSelect control.
- Enter freeform text.
- Exit out of the control
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
When the 'Allow free form input' option is unchecked, any input that the user enters and uses in the control other than the existing options from the list is considered while executing the case. However, the input text is not saved to the database.
