MultiSelectList control is not working as expected

Summary
MultiSelectList control is not working as expected. Once I appended PageList values to ValueList. Those values are not coming on the UI. Only blank values are populating.
Error Messages
Only Blank values are populating.
Steps to Reproduce
Append one PageList property values to ValueList. Configure those ValueList name on the Section for populating values (Drop Down)
Root Cause
User is trying to load the values to a Muliselect using an activity at runtime. Usually Multiselect takes property which is Valuelist (with a local list data) as source.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows:The MultiSelectList control internally calls Rule-Obj-Property.getValidValues to list all options. This activity opens the property rule and lists all values specified.
The control does not support loading values using an activity.
