NBO Adaptive model not working
Summary
Next Best Offer (NBO) Adaptive Model not updating the Predictor data when seen in the behavior report. For Proposition SampleProp, users have got 41 responses as shown by Classifier. But none of the Response has been stored against the Predictor. Therefore all predictor has become inactive.Error Messages
There are no error messages, however predictor data is not fetched in the behavior reportSteps to Reproduce
1. Login to NBAA application.
2. Navigate to Designer Studio > Decisioning > Monitoring > Adaptive Models Reporting > Models Overview.
3. Sort by Proposition Accept rate.
4. For Proposition SampleProp, open the behavior report.
5. Check for values in List of Active predictors. Root Cause
In this environment, after the makeDecision call, for the setResponse call the customer page is a page copy and not a property reference. Due to this reason, the ADM responses were not captured. Resolution
After establishing a reference to the customer page, the ADM responses along with predictor data was captured properly.
In NBAA, while executing the Strategy assuming customer page is the primary page, if the Strategy has adaptive model in it, and all the predictor information gets stored on that primary page in a hidden embedded property called pzADMInputs.
And one must use the exact same page for both makeDecision and capture response, or at least another page where the pzAdmInputs property is copied over.
