New Application Wizard does not build all parent classes

Summary
When generating an application with the new application wizard based on Smart Dispute (SD) for issuers 7.2.1, some abstract classes, like PegaCard-Sd-Debit-MC are not generated.

Run new application wizard to generate new application based on Smart Dispute for issuers 7.2.1. Be sure to include all case types.Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-19264, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
