New stlye format for label is not reflecting at runtime

The style format which is defined in Application skin is not reflecting at runtime.
There is a new style format defined for Label from Application skin and it is applied to the label which is inside a grid. It is not reflecting at runtime, from user portal.

Error Messages

No error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new style format for label.
2. Drag drop the label to a cell in the grid and apply the new style format to the label.
3. At runtime, the style is not reflected.

Root Cause

As the label is inside the grid and as there are separate styles defined for the grid which are of higher precedence, the styles which are defined for label are not reflecting, per CSS standards, which is expected.

As a local-change, one can overwrite the style by adding additional style in pyEndUser71(Included styles tab) and define the below style in it:

#gridBody_right .risksummary_dataLabelRead{
