No data in Dashboard for few users after PMF upgrade



After launching the WorkUser portal, for some users the Dashboard content is not loading.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into the application and launch 'WorkUser' portal.
2. Observe that the Dashboard content is not loaded.

Root Cause

GCS personnel collected the tracer at developer end for all the three contents(My Team,My Worklist and My Followed Items). Identified the queries in all the three scenarios. Observed that the parameter passed to their queries in the operator id starting with capital letter. For example: Xxxxx
But the data in table exists for the operator id all in small letters. Example: xxxxx.

While the developers who did the upgrade of PMF system for the user, they created the operator Ids manually.

And few operators are created with Camel case letters. Where as in older system the operator exists with small letters only. Tried running the queris after correcting operator Ids. All the records were fetched correctly.


Developer is suggested to create operator Ids in correct format (in this case to have all small letters) so that data is fetched correctly from the queries fired.
