No data is populated in the Campaign Dashboard

Summary
No data is populated in the Campaign Dashboard on click of Campaign as shown in the technical note, that is, "pega-sales-automation-721-integrating-sa-nbam-and-nbaa-tech-note".

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login with Out-of-the-box (OOTB) sfasalesrep/tmason operator.
2. Click on Campaign from the left navigation menu.
3. Observe that no data is populated in the Campaign Dashboard.
Root Cause
The source of the repeat grid which is there under MY CAMPAIGN in Campaign Dashboard is a report definition rule, that is, CampaignWorkList which fetches data from the data table MKT_WORK.
Firstly at user end, the data table is empty because of which no data is not shown up.
Resolution
Since the data table MKT_WORK is empty at user end, no data is shown up under MY CAMPAIGN in Campaign Dashboard.
Create New Campaign and save to see the data in the Campaign Dashboard.
