When creating a case, the system displays an error message while moving through the stages. The flow navigates to Broken Process without any information about the error.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch and create a Smart Dispute  case.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


As a local-change, save the Case Type and Flow rules to a higher version.
