There is no explicit label associated or read out, on the checkbox option against a field with Pega 7.2. This might be an accessibility issue.

1. Login into the application.
2. Create a case.
3. Tab on to the check box option.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
CSS Code for highlighting check box for accessibility user is missing.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31645.
