"No results" for Auto Complete are not seen

Summary
"Building List" and "No results" notifications are missing from Auto Complete when there are no results.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with autocomplete.
- Use Pega 6x autocomplete control in Pega7.
- Run the Flow and navigate to the specific section.
- Now press down arrow in the autocomplete.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
For BuildingList, in Pega7 we are displaying the spinner object (which will come after 2 secs and stay until the results are populated)
For NoResults, It is working as per design. It is decided to not show 'No Results' when there is no match for auto complete.
