No results display on modifying Bulk processing filter criteria



No results display on modifying the Bulk processing filter criteria to search by Case ID. This occurs even though the ID exists. 

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Manager portal
  2. Click the user and select Bulk Actions
  3. Select the Process radio button
  4. Modify the selection criteria by removing the 'Assigned to Operator' filter and changing 'Case Status' to 'Case ID'
  5. Add a known Case ID and click Filter

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The OnChange event was not triggered correctly.


Apply HFix-49072.
