No warning when saving a rule in lower ruleset version

Summary



If a developer tries to save a rule in a lower ruleset version while the same rule is already in a higher ruleset version, this is allowed with no warning.

This is different from behavior in previous versions of PRPC (6.x)

Steps to Reproduce



Attempt to save a rule in lower ruleset version while the same rule is already in a higher ruleset version.


Root Cause



This feature was removed due to changes to the Designer Studio in Pega 7.1.



Resolution



This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Maintenance Level release 7.1.7.
