Node is becoming slow on restart with Cache clear

Summary



User has a requirement to restart the node weekly restarts with marker file delete.

Upon restart, performance is degrading on first restart as cache is built completely.

Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment causes slow database performance because the cache rebuild takes longer than expected.

Resolution




To build the cache completely and improve database performance, preassemble the rules in the application after restarting the application server.
