Node IDs are not generated by the system

Only six out of eight nodes are created by the application server and there are missing node IDs.

Error Messages

Node IDs (System Nodes) not generated by the system. There are a total of eight JVM nodes in the application; however only six node IDs are created in the system.

Steps to Reproduce

Not Applicable.

Root Cause

The reason for the problem is due to the fact that the administrator did not define a unique Pega temporary directory for each jvm, as documented in the installation guide.

The explanation for this behavior is as follows (quoted from the installation guide):
In a clustered deployment, each Pega 7 instance must have its own temporary directory.
