Nodes do not join Hazelcast cluster

Summary
Users are able to view only one node on which they are logged in when four nodes are run.

Steps to Reproduce
- Introduce new nodes in a cluster
- Verify the nodes in the Admin studio under the cluster management
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Clear the entries on the pr_sys_statusnodes table
- Restart all the nodes in the cluster one after another
